Destination wedding in Paris – Brittany and Hugo

I’m sorry that I didn’t update my blog for quite some times. I’ve been having a lot of work this season which still isn’t over.

Have I mentioned how grateful I am for all these beautiful couples I’ve got a chance to meet?
I think I can consider myself lucky to have only handsome and pleasant clients, including their families!

Below you’ll find some pictures from a wedding in Paris taken in May. Although I’m based in the south of France, I’m always up for travel.
I had a hard time selecting the best because I like so many of them ..and the couple doesn’t help – they look gorgeous on them.

Brittany and Hugo have booked me from Miami in February. They chose Nancy LaTart from Fête in France as their wedding planner.
She did a great job! They’ve stayed at Hotel Ascott where the preparations took place. The wedding ceremony was at the American Church which is well located in the center of Paris.

Once the ceremony was over, we headed to the Eiffel Tower, the symbol of Paris, to take the photos of the family and the group pictures in the park. Then the taxi drove us to several locations such as Pont Alexandre III, la Seine with the view over Notre Dame, Jardin du Palais Royal. The reception place chosen by the couple was famous Cafe de la Paix.

Café de la Paix is a famous café in the 9th arrondissement of Paris, France. It was designed by Charles Garnier, the architect of the Paris Opéra (located across the plaza). It is said that if one sits at the café, one is bound to run into a friend or acquaintance due to the café’s popularity and reputation.

I really liked the wedding cake with a glittering Eiffel Tower on the top.
After the dinner we took some pictures at Trocadero which gives an amazing view over Paris at night.

Thank you Brittany and Hugo for this amazing day spent together!
