Last winter, Julie and Steven asked me to be their wedding photographer. And it was a sheer pleasure. The wedding was in June, the couple has rented a villa via Airbnb. Renting private villlas as a wedding venue is becoming more and more popular.
For me it’s always a nice change, as it allows me to discover new places as opposed to a majority of wedding venues in the South of France that I’m accustomed to.
The preparations went smoothly as Julie was in good hands of Kellees and Kelly. The ceremony took a place at the villa’s square with an amazing view over Nice. Then the party continued with the cocktail and dinner prepared by a caterer. I loved the laid back feeling at their wedding and highly enjoyed the company of the guests.
